The President, along with Junichiro Koizumi, the Japanese Prime Minister, is about 10 blocks from my house right now eating at The Rendevous--a classic Memphis BBQ joint that serves some of the world's finest ribs. However, they do so on paper plates, in the basement of a downtown high-rise, that must be entered through an alley.
The two leaders are in Memphis because Koizumi is a huge Elvis fan and wanted to visit Graceland while in the States.
